These terms describe bookings with Pro Car Keys Bournemouth.

Services cover lost car keys, spare car keys, ignition repair and high-security keys & EEPROM work. Availability and suitability depend on the vehicle and are confirmed when booking.

Work is by booked appointment during Mon–Fri 9am–9pm, Sat–Sun 11am–4pm, at an agreed location. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.

Your exact price is fixed before we start, once we know the make, model and year.

An online price guide is an average, not a personalised quote. If inspection reveals different work is needed, we explain it and seek your agreement before proceeding.

You must own the vehicle or have the owner's authority to arrange the work. We may require photo ID and suitable evidence before starting.

Provide accurate vehicle details, describe the issue and arrange safe access to the parked vehicle at the agreed location. Tell us about changes before your appointment.

Payment arrangements and the total agreed price will be explained when booking.

A call-out fee applies only if the visit is for diagnosis alone. It is never added to the price of a normal key or repair job.

Bookings made by phone or online may be subject to statutory cancellation rights.

Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. Goods supplied must meet applicable statutory requirements. Nothing in these terms removes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Every key and repair comes with a 12-month warranty as standard. If a key or repair develops a fault within that period, contact us with your vehicle details and we will arrange to put it right. The warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your mandatory consumer rights, including your right to bring proceedings where you live in the UK.
